An EAP (Employee Assistance Program) is a confidential support program provided by West Coast that helps team members and their household members manage personal work-related challenges. It’s designed to improve overall wellbeing by offering professional guidance, resources, and tools for a variety of issues. EAP is available to full-time team members and their household members.
