Life Insurance & AD&D
• Basic Coverage: West Coast provides $10,000 for all active full-time employees working at least 30 hours/week. Coverage at no cost to team members.
• Voluntary Coverage: Team members may choose to purchase additional life and AD&D coverage for themselves, their spouse, or children.
Accident Insurance
Voluntary accident plans may help cover costs from accidents that are not covered by your medical insurance.

Provides extra financial support for unexpected accidents, on or off the job, helping cover costs not paid by medical insurance.

Hospital Indemnity Insurance

• Provides cash benefits for hospital stays and associated treatment, regardless of other insurance coverage.
• Helps cover out-of-pocket costs such as deductibles, co-pays, and non-covered medical services.
• Benefits are paid directly to the team member to use as needed.
• Coverage is voluntary and 100% employee-paid.
• Must be actively at work and reside in the U.S.

• 24-hour coverage for accidents and sickness.
• No waiting period for sickness hospitalization benefits.
• Covers complications of pregnancy, routine childbirth, mental illness, and drug/alcohol treatment in a hospital or inpatient rehab.
• Guaranteed issue for eligible team members.
• Coverage can continue if employment ends through MetLife’s portability option (employee-paid).

• Claims for events outside the U.S., Canada, and Mexico are accepted.
• Employees have access to MetLife resources and discounts for additional support.
Critical Illness Insurance
• Offers a lump-sum cash benefit if diagnosed with a covered serious illness, such as cancer, heart attack, or stroke.
• Team members may elect coverage for themselves and eligible dependents; premiums are paid by the team member.
